Captioning images before they go to distributors is important in order to ensure outlets display image descriptions, credits and copyright notices exactly how you want them.
If you’d like to add captions to your images, this is a service that Image Approvals can offer, either by captioning the images themselves, or providing a caption sheet.

Our caption sheets will list the file name, image thumbnail, description of the image, photographer, as well as the copyright and usage info associated with each image.
